GETTING THERE Start & End of the meeting: Registrants should arrive at the Resort between 3-6 pm on Wednesday (dates of the meeting are posted on the home page). Some of you have traveled quite a distance! We will have some light snacks and beverages to welcome you. Come mingle! Meeting registration will be followed by the opening banquet and the first plenary address, so try not to be late. Be sure to allow 2-2.5 hours of travel time from Denver International Airport (DEN). The last plenary address will be given at 8 pm on Friday. The meeting officially ends on Saturday morning with checkout and departure.
Airports: The easiest airport to use is Denver International Airport (DEN).
Getting to the Conference Site: Please allow 2-2.5 hours of travel time from DEN. For those interested, there is a Safeway and Whole Foods in Frisco, CO (~20 mins from the conference site). Since breakfast is not provided at the conference, consider picking up provisions to have in your room. Additional amenities are available in Frisco, should you need them. For those of you who would like more food and coffee options on-site for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (without going down into Breckenridge), Skywalk Market and Spencer's Restaurant are open.
Some of you may wish to rent cars from DEN.
Alternatively, a shuttle bus operates between the airport and Breckenridge (approx. $80 one-way). To arrange a shuttle, contact gobreck.com

A Free Ride Bus operates in Breckenridge, and Beaver Run Resort offers a FREE in-town shuttle for lodging guests only. Contact the concierge for details, as hours and staffing may vary. |
